SG blended granules (YJ code: 1149116D1033, standard: 1g), also known as SG Combination Granules from Shionogi Pharma, is an antipyretic analgesic drug containing four active ingredients, including a pyrazolone drug. It is used to reduce fever associated with a cold and to relieve various pains such as earache, sore throat, menstrual pain, headache, toothache, neuralgia, and pain from injury.
