Sodium phosphate correction solution 0.5mmol/mL, from Otsuka Pharmaceutical Factory, contains sodium hydrogen phosphate hydrate and sodium dihydrogen phosphate hydrate, provided as 0.5mol 20mL 1 tube. This solution is used as an electrolyte replenisher to correct hypophosphatemia.
