Irradiated platelet concentrate HLA-LR “Nisseki”

Irradiated platelet concentrate – LR “Nisseki”, from the Japanese Red Cross Society, is an injectable human platelet concentrate with YJ code 6342411X6036. It is supplied as 20 units, approx. 250 mL per bag. This product, containing irradiated platelets, is used to assist blood clotting and is treated to prevent transfusion-associated graft-versus-host disease (GVHD).
